Stephanie Urban Duford: Hello & thank you for visiting The Health Honey. My name is Stephanie and I would like to share my love for health and wellness with you through cooking and living fit. I hope that I can inspire you to take on creating a happier and healthier self, through food and exercise. I strongly believe that the heart of a home is in the kitchen. It is a space that lets you get creative, spend time with loved ones, and shape healthful habits. We do have the power, together, to shape the future one good choice at a time.
